November 2021 Student of the Month

Nadine Ross

 

Pride:  Nadine Ross’ attitude and behavior are an asset to PHS, especially as she works in the Lunch Line. She willingly gives of herself and her time to help out as a server each day! She should feel a sense of accomplishment for a job well done. Lunch goes better for us each day because of her help!

 

Independence:  Nadine can work without oversight because she has proven that she does what we ask in the way instructed. Having said that, she also takes initiative to be useful, going above and beyond what has been asked of her, when and as appropriate.

 

Respect:  Nadine is respectful to the kitchen crew, to each student who comes through the line, and to anyone else who ventures into the cafeteria. She listens carefully, follows directions, takes the rules seriously with grace, exhibits good manners and does not complain.

 

Attitude:  Nadine is cheerful, helpful, dependable and kind in the kitchen and while serving in the lunch line! Her attitude is exemplary. She is a joy to work with.

 

Trustworthy:  We can depend on Nadine to arrive each day in a timely manner. We can also depend on her to do her job as instructed. We count on her!

 

Effort: Nadine puts in a good effort each day. She does her job well, and without complaint! Her assistance makes our jobs easier.

 

Show Kindness:    Nadine has a warm smile for everyone. She is thoughtful and cares about what people are going through. She shows compassion and kindness toward all.
